Stretching does the body good
Stretching is important to help reduce the risk of injury and increases blood flow to your muscles.
Because it increases blood flow to muscles it improves circulation and helps reduce post-workout soreness.
It also helps with joint flexibility and range of motion. And is great for posture.
Even when you are at work its good to get up and stretch to help release those tight muscles. Getting up and stretching can help with alertness, reduce stress, reduce anxiety, and fatigue.
