Motivation

Statistics show that 60% of women do not take part in the recommended amount physical activity and 25 % of women do not exercise at all.

It’s hard to exercise when you do not feel motivated.

The key is to find an activity or exercise you enjoy! To tell yourself you are going for it and get up and move!

Start by walking. Now that it’s summer it’s a great time to go for a walk around the neighborhood or go hiking.

Ask a friend to join you. It a great way to hold each other accountable.

Some other practical ways to stay motivated:

Buy some workout clothes

Log your workouts online

Post  your workouts on  social media

Start a fitness group on Facebook to keep one another motivated
