Happy Thursday! This is my first blog on WordPress.com and I would like to welcome you to it.
The goal of this blog is to provide information to women on the importance of moving your body after the age of 40 and highlight the benefits of exercise on our overall health and well-being.
It began as a research project for a class I just completed at a local University and has extended to a Facebook group and now this blog.

Welcome! Really happy for you! I believe exercising at any age is awesome, I’m 21 amd I simply doing so, I specially love the after feeling of soreness! 😁
